Email Junk-Folder Check
Paste a draft and see, in plain English, why Gmail or Outlook might dump it in spam
100 % gratuit. Fonctionne entièrement dans votre navigateur : vos fichiers et données ne quittent jamais votre appareil et rien n'est envoyé à un serveur.
This does not test SPF, DKIM or your sending domain reputation. Those still decide inbox vs promotions.
This does not send email and does not check SPF, DKIM or domain reputation. For server login and TLS, use SMTP Tester.
À propos de cet outil
Inbox providers still use blunt heuristics: shouting in ALL CAPS, “FREE!!!”, too many exclamation marks, and messy HTML. This checker scores a draft against those classic junk-folder triggers so you can clean a sales email before you send it. It is not Proofpoint or Gmail’s classifier, and it never sends mail. Pair it with the SMTP tester when the problem is the server rather than the wording.

Pourquoi l’utiliser
- Runs entirely in your browser - the draft is never emailed or stored.
- Explains each trigger instead of a mystery score.
- USA, UK and clean samples so you can learn the difference.
Usages courants
- Cleaning a product launch email before it hits promotions.
- Checking that an invoice reminder does not look like a phishing lure.
Conseils pour de meilleurs résultats
- A low score is not a guarantee of inbox placement - authentication (SPF/DKIM) still matters.
- Use the SMTP tester next if the server itself is refusing mail.
Erreurs à éviter
- Believing a green score means Gmail will never filter you.
- Pasting someone else’s confidential email into any online tool you do not trust - this one stays local, but the habit matters.
Questions fréquentes
No. It never connects to SMTP. The text stays in your browser.
No. It is a transparent heuristic for common wording problems. Real filters also look at domain reputation and authentication.
A shouty US promo, a UK invoice-style note, and a calm transactional message so you can compare scores.
It helps. Authentication, complaint rates and links still matter more for bulk senders.
Yes. This page is about the words. The SMTP tester is about whether the mail server answers and accepts login.
