No two of the 320 share the same combination of page frame, header, table, totals, badge and typography, so no template is a recolour of another.

Usually because the preview and the export are two separate layouts: the preview is sized to your browser window while the export is re-laid-out at print size, and webfonts that had loaded in the page have not loaded in whatever renders the file. Here the preview is the actual page - a fixed 794 x 1123 px A4 sheet shown scaled down - and the exporter rasterises that same page at 3x with its fonts explicitly loaded first, so colours, fonts, margins and spacing come out identical.

Yes. Line items are totalled as you type, and tax, discount and shipping are applied to the subtotal for you - each one as a percentage or a flat amount, whichever suits. There is also a Custom line you can name yourself for anything the fixed fields do not cover, such as a setup fee, a permit or a deposit; enter a negative number there and it comes off the total instead.

No. Everything is built and previewed in your browser. Client names, rates and totals are never sent to a server - not even when you email the invoice, because the Email button hands it to your own email app rather than sending it for you. Nothing is retained once you close the tab, so download or print every invoice you create.

Any. The currency symbol is a free text field, so you can use $, £, €, ₹, or anything else your business bills in.

Yes. It is designed for freelancers, contractors and small businesses that need proper invoices without committing to accounting software. Check your local invoicing requirements, since some countries mandate specific fields such as a tax registration number.

At minimum: your business name and contact details, the client's details, a unique invoice number, the issue date, an itemised list of what you are charging for, the total, and how to pay. Tax registration numbers are required in many countries.

Not the downloaded file. Come back to the tool and re-enter the details, since nothing is saved between sessions. Keeping your own copies is worth the habit.

Yes. Press Add heading to drop a section row into the table - Demolition, Flooring, Trim, Labour, whatever the job needs - and it prints as a labelled band spanning the full width of the table. A heading is just another row, so the same up and down buttons move it in between the lines it belongs to, and it stays there in the PDF and on the printed sheet.

Yes. Every line has an optional detail field, and whatever you put there prints as a smaller second line directly under the description - "Waterproof luxury vinyl plank, 8 mm with attached pad" under "High-end LVP". It keeps the description column short without losing the specification the client is paying for.

Yes. Each row has four buttons: move up, duplicate, move down and delete. Duplicate copies the row - description, detail, quantity, price and any custom columns - directly underneath the original, which is far quicker than retyping a near-identical line.

Yes. Press Email and the invoice opens in your own email app, ready to send - subject and message already written for you with the total and the due date, which you can reword before sending. On a phone the PDF attaches itself; on a desktop browser that cannot share files, the PDF downloads and you attach it to the draft. It goes from your address rather than ours, which is the whole point: an invoice from the address your client already corresponds with is not treated as mail from a stranger.

It should not, because you send it, not us. Tools that email an invoice on your behalf send it from a mailbox your client has never heard of, and an invoice with a PDF attached from an unknown sender is exactly what spam filters are hardest on - that is a property of the sender, not of the invoice. Here the draft opens in your own email app, so the invoice arrives from the address your client already corresponds with, with your own history behind it.
