Almost every organisation that asks for documents wants one PDF, not a folder of photographs. Bank applications, visa submissions, expense claims, university admissions - they all expect a single file with pages in order, because that is what their systems file and print. Meanwhile the documents themselves increasingly start life as phone photos. This tool bridges the two: each JPG becomes a page, in the order you arrange them, inside one PDF. The images are embedded at their original resolution rather than re-encoded, so a photographed receipt stays exactly as legible as the photo was. What conversion does not do is add a text layer - the result is pictures of pages, so the text inside is not searchable or selectable. If you need that, OCR is a separate step. Everything runs in your browser using pdf-lib, so ID documents and financial records are never uploaded.

Consejos para mejores resultados
- Photograph documents straight on in even light. A skewed or shadowed photo stays skewed in the PDF - conversion does not correct it.
- Check the order before generating. Reordering afterwards means splitting the PDF or starting again.
- If the resulting PDF is too large for an upload limit, compress the images first or run the PDF through the PDF Compressor.
- For a searchable document rather than pictures of pages, run OCR Image to Text on the photos first.
- If your photos are PNG rather than JPG, the PNG to PDF tool does the same job for that format.
Errores a evitar
- Adding images in the wrong order and only noticing after the PDF is generated.
- Photographing documents at an angle, which looks unprofessional and can get a submission rejected.
- Expecting the text to be searchable. Embedding a photo of text does not create a text layer.
- Uploading full-resolution phone photos and producing a PDF far over an upload limit.
- Sending scans of ID documents through an online converter that uploads them. This one does not.
