A shoebox of till receipts is useless until the shop, date and total are in a list. This scanner runs OCR in your browser, then looks for merchant names, dates and totals in layouts you see in the USA, UK and elsewhere ($12.99, £4.50, GST/VAT lines). It is a first pass for expenses, not a replacement for your accountant. Blurry photos will misread a 5 as a 6 - check the amount.
