Pick an icon or upload your own (PNG/JPG/SVG, max 1 MB). Bump error correction to H so scanners still read the code.

Higher = more damage resistant. Use H if your QR includes a logo.

Tentang alat ini

A QR code is a printed container for a short piece of data - most often a URL - that a phone camera can read instantly. Two properties explain almost everything about using them well. First, the data is baked into the pattern itself: the code is not a link to a service that looks something up, it literally encodes the characters, which is why a QR code works offline and never expires on its own. Second, QR codes carry error correction, storing redundant data so a code still scans when partly damaged, dirty or covered. That redundancy is what allows a logo in the middle - the scanner reconstructs what the logo hides. Higher error correction means more resilience but a denser pattern, which is the trade-off behind most scanning problems. The other common failure is contrast: scanners look for dark modules on a light background, so inverted or low-contrast colour schemes often fail on exactly the older phone you cannot test on. Codes are generated in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

Cara menggunakan alat ini

  1. Enter what the code should containUsually a full URL including https://. Plain text works too, though scanners will simply display it rather than acting on it.
  2. Adjust size and coloursKeep the pattern darker than the background. Enlarging the code is the simplest fix for anything that scans unreliably.
  3. Set the error correction levelHigher levels survive damage and allow a logo overlay, at the cost of a denser pattern that needs to be printed larger.
  4. Download and test before distributingScan the final image with more than one phone. Testing takes a minute; reprinting a thousand flyers does not.

Mengapa menggunakannya

  • The data is encoded in the image, so the code works offline and does not depend on any service staying online.
  • Error correction keeps codes scannable when printed on imperfect surfaces or partly obscured.
  • Colour and size customisation for brand materials, with contrast kept in your control.
  • Generated in your browser - the content you encode is never uploaded.
  • Downloadable at high resolution for print, with no watermark or account.

Penggunaan umum

  • Restaurant menus, where a printed code replaces handling physical menus.
  • Business cards and name badges linking to a profile or portfolio.
  • Posters and flyers where typing a long URL would lose most people.
  • Event tickets, product packaging and instruction leaflets.
  • Sharing a Wi-Fi network with guests without reading out a password.

Tips untuk hasil lebih baik

  • Print at 2 cm square or larger for anything scanned at arm's length, and much larger for posters read from a distance.
  • Keep the quiet zone - the blank margin around the code. Text or graphics crowding the edge is a common cause of scan failure.
  • Dark pattern on a light background. Inverting the colours breaks scanning on many devices even when it looks fine to you.
  • Use a short URL. Fewer characters means a simpler pattern, which scans faster and prints smaller.
  • If the destination might change, point the code at a URL you control and redirect from there - the code itself can never be edited once printed.
  • Raise error correction before adding a logo, and keep the logo under roughly 30% of the area.

Kesalahan yang harus dihindari

  • Distributing without testing. A code that fails on older phones is discovered after printing, not before.
  • Using low contrast or inverted colours because they suit the design better.
  • Cropping away the quiet zone to make the code fit a tight layout.
  • Printing too small for the viewing distance - a poster code read from three metres needs to be much larger than a business card.
  • Encoding a very long URL, which produces a dense pattern that struggles at small print sizes.
  • Assuming the code can be updated later. The data is fixed in the pattern; only a redirect at the destination gives you that flexibility.

Pertanyaan yang sering diajukan

Enter your URL or text above, adjust the size, colours and error correction, then download the image. Generation happens in your browser, so nothing you encode is uploaded.

Yes. No account, no expiry on the codes, no tracking and no watermark on the downloaded image.

The code itself never expires - the data is encoded in the pattern permanently. What can stop working is the destination: if the URL it points to goes offline or changes, the code still scans but leads nowhere useful.

Most commonly a URL. It can also hold plain text, contact details as a vCard, Wi-Fi credentials, an email draft or an SMS - there are dedicated tools here for each of those structured formats.

It can. Scanners need the pattern to be clearly darker than the background, so moderate colour choices with strong contrast are fine while low-contrast or inverted schemes often fail. Always test a customised code before printing.

About 2 cm square for close-range scanning with a short URL. Longer data, lower contrast and greater scanning distance all require a larger print. When in doubt, print bigger.

Redundant data that lets a code scan even when partly damaged or covered. Low is fine for clean digital use; medium suits most print; high is needed if you overlay a logo or expect wear and dirt.

Yes - use the QR Code with Logo tool, which handles it properly. Raise the error correction first and keep the logo small enough that the scanner can reconstruct what it hides.

No. The data is part of the image. The standard workaround is to encode a URL you control and use a redirect, so you can change the destination without reprinting.

Not by themselves - a QR code is just encoded characters with no tracking ability. Any analytics come from the destination URL, which is worth knowing when you scan someone else's code.
