About this tool
Arrow Escape is a tap-to-clear logic puzzle: the board is packed with snake-shaped arrows, and each one slides forward along its own path and off the board when you tap it - but only if nothing stands in the lane in front of its head. Pick the right order and the whole shape unravels; tap a blocked arrow and it bumps, turns red and costs a life.
How to use this tool

Tips for better results
- Start with arrows on the outside of the shape - their lanes are usually short and clear.
- Before tapping, trace the head all the way to the edge.
- Use a hint when you are stuck - it highlights an arrow that can escape right now.
- Tap the # button to draw a straight line from every arrow head to the edge - blocked lanes jump out.
Mistakes to avoid
- Tapping the arrow that looks longest instead of the one with a clear lane.
- Forgetting that an arrow only needs its lane clear - not its whole body path.
- Burning hints on the first moves, when the outside arrows are easy.
- Rushing the last few arrows of a level.
Frequently asked questions
No. Boards are built so that there is always an order that clears them, and removing any arrow never takes that away - you can only lose lives by tapping blocked arrows.
Every date from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028 has its own puzzle, unlocking at midnight US Eastern time. A date always gives the same board, so replays and other players see the same layout. Completed dates turn green in the calendar and count toward your streak and monthly trophies.
You have three lives per level. Tapping an arrow whose lane is blocked costs one life and turns it red; tapping the same red arrow again does not cost another.
From Normal difficulty up some arrows are special. A locked arrow can only leave after the arrow with the matching key is gone, a frozen arrow thaws once you have cleared the number of arrows shown on it, and a bomb blows the arrows touching it off the board as it leaves. Tap a blocked arrow and the game shows you exactly what is in its way.
Both are in Quick Play. Time Attack runs a clock and saves your best time for each difficulty - a wrong tap adds five seconds instead of costing a life. Zen mode has no lives and unlimited hints, for a relaxed game.
