Residential Tenancy Agreement
This agreement is made between Muhammad Ali (Landlord) and Ahmed Khan (Tenant) for the property at House 12, Street 4, DHA Phase 5, Lahore.
The monthly rent is PKR 75000, payable in advance. The term is 11 months from 1 October 2026.
The tenant shall use the premises for residential purposes only, pay utility bills as agreed, and return the property in a reasonable condition, fair wear excepted.
Either party may terminate according to applicable provincial rent law and any notice period they have agreed in writing. This draft is not a substitute for stamped, witnessed execution.

یہ معاہدہ Muhammad Ali (مالک مکان) اور Ahmed Khan (کرایہ دار) کے درمیان مقام House 12, Street 4, DHA Phase 5, Lahore کے لیے کیا گیا ہے۔
ماہانہ کرایہ 75000 روپے ہے جو پیشگی ادا کیا جائے گا۔ مدت: 11 months from 1 October 2026۔
کرایہ دار مکان صرف رہائش کے لیے استعمال کرے گا، طے شدہ بل ادا کرے گا، اور مکان مناسب حالت میں واپس کرے گا۔
یہ مسودہ ہے؛ سٹامپ پیپر، گواہان اور مقامی قانون کے مطابق عمل درآمد ضروری ہے۔
