How we ship

Where we deliver

We deliver to most countries. Checkout is the source of truth: if a country is missing, we cannot ship there on that order.

Handling and transit times

Orders are packed in 1-3 business days after payment clears, weekends and public holidays excluded.

Domestic transit is typically 2-5 business days. International transit is typically 7-21 business days once the parcel has left our warehouse. Customs can add time we do not control.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from weight, size and destination.

Tracking

We email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout when the courier scans the parcel. If tracking has not moved for several business days, write to us with the order number before opening a dispute.

Duties and taxes

Unless checkout says duties are prepaid, you are responsible for import VAT, GST, customs duty and any brokerage the courier charges to release the parcel. Refusing a parcel because of duties does not cancel that charge.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, check with neighbours and the courier first, then email [your contact email] within 7 days. We will open a carrier claim where the service includes cover.
