About this tool
A 9am call in New York is 2pm in London and 4am the next day in Sydney. This finder lets you set working hours for several people, then highlights the hours when everyone is available. Cities include New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Dubai and Sydney so USA, UK and worldwide teams can plan without a spreadsheet of offsets. Daylight saving is taken from the IANA time zone built into your browser.

Finding a meeting time that works for everyone
Set each person’s working hours in their own city, and the overlapping hours are highlighted. A New York and London team usually overlaps for three to four hours in the London afternoon, which is the New York morning.
With Sydney or Tokyo in the mix there is often no overlap inside normal hours. Rotate early and late slots between regions so the same people are not always the ones on a 7am or 10pm call.
