This merge runs entirely in your browser with pdf-lib: files are read locally, combined in memory, and downloaded as a new PDF. Nothing is uploaded, so contracts and records never leave your device. Merging also does not compress - if the result is too large for email, run it through the PDF Compressor afterwards. Password-protected files need unlocking first; the tool reports them instead of failing silently.
