Realtor Email Signature Generator
Realtor email signature templates that work in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail - fill in, pick a design, paste
100% free. Runs entirely in your browser - your files and data never leave your device and nothing is uploaded to any server.
Icons are small hosted images with the network name as alt text, so they still read when images are blocked.
Mail clients can't read files from your PC - an image must live at a public https:// link. This makes an email-ready copy (cropped, under ~50 KB) for you to host.
Presets are common wording, not legal advice - check what your firm or regulator requires.
Upload a CSV or Excel file with Name, Title, Email (and optionally Phone, Mobile, Department, Photo URL, LinkedIn). You get one .htm signature per person in a ZIP, in the current design.

Checks
Images
- No images - the signature is text and tables only, which every client shows.
- Every image has width, height and alt text, so Gmail cannot stretch it and a blocked image still reads as text.
Before you use it
- Send a test email to yourself (and one to a Gmail and an Outlook address if you can) before using it for real.
- Open it on your phone - wide signatures scroll sideways on small screens; pick 480 px if yours does.
- View it with images blocked (Outlook desktop does this by default): the alt text and initials should still say who you are.
- Click every link - phone, email, website, social, button - from the received email, not the preview.
- Reply to that test email once, to check the signature does not duplicate or stack in a thread.
- Check it in dark mode on your phone; logos with transparent backgrounds can disappear on black.
About this tool
A realtor email signature, laid out before you start - 12 designs for real estate agents and brokers, all of them safe for Outlook's Word-based renderer. Buyers and sellers scroll back through weeks of email to find their agent, so a photo and a mobile number in large type do more work in a realtor signature than in almost any other trade. A good realtor signature carries your photo, mobile number, brokerage and license number, plus a button to your current listings. It runs in your browser: no account, no watermark and no tracking pixel.
